Spectrum

Annually, about 1000 patients are treated in the vascular consultation hour. In addition to the clinical examination, depending on the clinical picture, we use the possibility of Doppler and duplex ultrasonography to diagnose vascular diseases, to evaluate them in the postoperative course and to ensure a secondary prevention. Also on request, scientific opinions on specific issues can be prepared.

Our main treatment spectrum includes diseases of the arteries and veins, the creation of hemodialysis accesses (shunts) and treatment of connection problems, as well as rare and complex medical conditions.

Allocation

The authorization of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians refers to transfers of

established vascular surgeons, phlebologists, cardiologists, nephrologists and internists as well as neurologists.

If you are a private insurance carrier or a self-payer, submission of a prescription is not required.
