50 years of service to Magdeburg University Hospital
We warmly congratulate Rosemarie Linke on her anniversary!
This week, Rosemarie Linke is celebrating a very special anniversary: she has been working at Magdeburg University Hospital for 50 years – half a century of dedication, experience and passion.
Her career began in 1975 when she enrolled in a technical college programme to become a paediatric nurse at the Medical Academy Magdeburg (MAM), graduating in 1978. She then worked for many years in the paediatric clinic – first on Ward 1, later on Ward 7.
In 1991, Ms Linke switched to normal service for family reasons and took up a position in the sterilisation department of the polyclinic. After reapplying, she found her place in the sterilisation department of the Clinic for Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery in 1995. For more than 25 years, she shaped the daily work there with great commitment.
Through the company's integration management programme, she returned to the children's clinic in 2021, initially strengthening the outpatient department. Since 1 January 2022, she has been working in the NFA (registry) of the children's clinic – a task she enjoys very much. Or, as she herself says: ‘Best job ever!!!’
Magdeburg University Hospital would like to express its sincere gratitude to Rosemarie Linke for her decades of loyalty, her extraordinary commitment and her tireless dedication to patients, colleagues and the entire hospital. We congratulate her wholeheartedly on this unique anniversary and wish her continued health, happiness and all the best!
